If there is an issue with your order, contact us and provide a picture that indicates a problem (if applicable).
Any digital download sales such as Beats, Graphic Design, and Mixing & Mastering are final. We will work with you until you are 100% satisfied.
The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:
- We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery of any defects.
- We require you submit a picture that clearly indicates the problem with any physical merchandise.
- We may request that you return a defective order before we exchange.
- We will not pay for shipping if a return is required.
- We will refund your order within 7 days if we verify that we made an error.
- All sales are final.
